ACCOUNT SALE AGREEMENT & TERMS

Between Seller and Buyer

This document outlines the terms for selling a Roblox account after all login info has been changed. This is a private sale. Roblox Corporation is not involved and does not endorse this.

IMPORTANT - READ THIS FIRST:

This sale goes against Roblox's official rules. Buying or selling accounts is not allowed under Roblox's own Terms of Use. By buying, you understand and accept the following:

  • You are NOT buying the account from Roblox. You are buying the login details from me. Roblox still owns the account itself.
  • The account could be banned or deleted by Roblox at any time, for any reason. No refunds if this happens.
  • The account might have a hidden past. I am selling it in its current state, "as is."
  • There is always a small risk a previous owner could try to recover it through Roblox support.

By sending payment, you agree to all these terms.

  1. What You're Getting
    I will provide you with the current:
  • Username
  • Password

I confirm that before this sale, the email, password, and other linked info have been changed from my personal details.

  1. What You MUST Do Immediately (Buyer's Job)
    As soon as you get the login info, you are responsible for:
  • Changing the password to a new, strong one.
  • Changing the email on the account to your own personal email.
  • Removing any old phone number and setting up your own 2-step verification.
  • Securing the account fully. I am not responsible after I send you the details.

After I send you the info, I will remove it from my records. I won't keep a copy or try to access the account.

  1. Payment & The "No Refund" Rule
  • Payment is required upfront, via the method we agree on (like PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
  • ALL SALES ARE 100% FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
  • This means no refunds if Roblox bans it later, if you get scammed elsewhere, if you forget the password, if you don't like it, or for any other reason. You are buying the account with all its risks.

  1. My Responsibility (The Seller)
    My job ends once I:

  2. Receive your full payment.

  3. Send you the current, working login credentials.
    I cannot control, predict, or be responsible for what Roblox does or what happens to the account after you take it over.

  4. Agreement
    This is a straight agreement between you and me. By completing the purchase, you state:

  • You are old enough to make this purchase.
  • You understand the risks of breaking Roblox's rules.
  • You accept the account "as is."
  • You agree to the no-refund policy.

Any issues will be handled between us directly.
